On the subject of buying goods, many vendors may offer you tea while you are looking at their goods. This isn’t a way of trying to force you into buying something, it is just their way of being hospitable. Declining will seem rude, so if you’re interested in looking at what they have, enjoy the tea and a friendly chat.
