The Luxury Of The Sailing Up The River Nile On A Cruise Ship

All throughout its history Egypt has been dominated with boats.

In the early days the only way you could get up and down the river was by boat. Transporting people and crops was a daily part of life for the Egyptians, it was said the Gods used boats to travel up and down the River Nile along with the souls of the dead.

The Beginning And The End Of The Flooding River Nile

The River Nile is famous for being the longest in the world, it flows from south to north and is attached to the Blue and White River Nile and the Atbara.

It is the important Blue Nile which takes its source from Lake Tana situated in Ethiopia, Africa.

It has melting snow and spring rain which overflows, causing summer flooding of Egypt by running down the River Nile.
