Outside, freshly painted peach walls are accessorised with tall pillars and elegant arched windows. And smart water features are ringed by manicured lawns and swaying palms.
It’s the pool area that really steals the show, though. Three lake sized pools line up in a row, separated by narrow bridges and little islands, the surrounding sun terrace offers up plenty of space, while the snack bar serves drinks and light meals throughout the day.
Talking of meals, they’re another great thing about this place. With five restaurants to pick from, you can enjoy a different type of cuisine every night. Head to the Asian or Lebanese for a taste of the exotic, or tuck into classic dishes at the Italian or the Mediterranean. In the mornings, you can’t beat the international breakfast buffet – it’s served on a huge terrace that looks out over the sea.
As for the bedrooms, they’ve gone down the understated elegance route. A palette of smoky blues and dove greys sets a calming scene while extras come in the form of flat screen TVs and air-conditioning. Each one has a good-sized balcony too.
Location wise, this place is in a great spot. It’s on the beach, about a 15 minute drive from Hurghada, As such, you’ve got the white sands and turquoise waters of the Red Sea Riviera on your doorstep, plus shops and bars are within easy reach.
